Information about Your Presentation/Program

We appreciate your willingness to speak to our fellowship. In order to facilitate the the event, we kindly review this information and fill out THIS SPEAKER INFORMATION FORM as soon as possible so that we can spread the word that you will be presenting!

Logistical Information

1. Please try to arrive at the Chapel by 9:30 AM on the day of your talk. This will allow you enough time to become familiar with the facility and the computer you will be using for the presentation. The Chapel is located at 220 Samoset Rd, Eastham, MA 02642 (Directions and Parking).
2. The Chapel is lay led, and a member of the Chapel will start the service at 10 AM. After making some announcements, you will be introduced and have approximately 30 minutes for your talk followed by 10 minutes for questions. We try to end the program no later than 11 AM.
3. After the service, snacks and beverages will be provided, and we hope you will stay to mingle with the attendees.
4. Most services will be shown live via Zoom.
5. Your talk will be publicized in the Provincetown Independent Newspaper if we receive the information below from you at least 2 weeks in advance of your talk. We also publicize via our mailing list and social media.
6. A member of the fellowship should approach you after your talk to give you your $100 honorarium. However, if we get busy and forget to do this, don’t hesitate to ask!
