- Eastham Climate Action Plan
How can we ensure that the Town of Eastham is a healthy, resilient, and sustainable community into the future in the wake of climate change? The Town of Eastham and the Cape Cod Commission are leading public engagement activities to hear your perspective. Steven Tupper and Helaine Goudreau of the Cape Cod Commission will join the Chapel in the Pines, Nauset Fellowship on July 20th to share information on how Eastham is impacted by climate change, a project overview about the Eastham Climate Action Plan, and to gain your perspective on topics such as how we can take climate action with regards to energy, natural resources, transportation, emergency preparedness, and community education. This conversation is the prelude to a full community workshop, which will be held on July 29 from 6-7:30PM at the Eastham Public Library. You can learn more about ways to get involved in the plan by visiting: www.capecodcommission.org/ecap. All are welcome.
