The Chapel is located at 220 Samoset Road, Eastham, MA, next door to the Eastham Public Library.

As part of the 2017–18 restoration, the chapel upgraded its accessibility and made improvements to adjacent parking, including the addition of a handicapped-accessible space with permeable pavers.

Parking is available along Samoset Road in front of the Chapel as well as at the library next door.
