If no music plays on the first page, or Blue Control Buttons don't appear in front of the Comment or the music clips on any page, try the following:

Use your Browser's Back Arrow to return to the previous page from here.

If there is a light yellow band across the top of the screen which says, "To help protect your security....", click on it, then click on "Allow blocked content" and on "Yes".

If this doesn't help, check to be sure you have Windows Media Player on your computer. It can be downloaded from the web.

If things were work and you suddenly lose sound or something else goes wrong, start Faces of Music again, and from the second screen select: "Click Here to Select Musicians from a List" and pick up where you left off.

The program has worked for most people most of the time, but not everyone always. Good luck.
